I am extremely satisfied with my visit today. I was helped by the Nicole and Wendy, who were super kind and helpful. The provider was NP Haddy, who took the time to actually listen and answer all my questions will definitely be going back.

The wait time wasn’t long. NP Bob was very attentive and listen to everything I said. And truly cared about what was going on with me. I didn’t feel rushed. He took his time going over all the problems I present to him. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The office was clean and organized.

I’ve been coming here for nearly a very and the experience is VASTLY better than my last general practitioner. I found the office staff to be fully competent, the nurses to be extremely kind, efficient, and professional. Moreover, the physicians and the PAs have been wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Hussey and Ms. Haddy Sillah as they both are caring, patient, professional and highly knowledgeable. Most importantly, I feel heard and they have never dismissed any of my concerns.

I had a wonderful experience at the doctor’s office today. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, polite, and welcoming. Everyone I interacted with was patient and took the time to answer my questions without rushing. The nurses were supportive and made me feel comfortable, and the doctor was not only knowledgeable but also very attentive and reassuring. It was clear that the whole team genuinely cares about their patients, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of.

Dr. Amy Hussey is an amazing doctor I had a telehealth visit for my last visit and she was amazing she listened to me she talked about everything I needed to talk about she was very concerned and caring very empathetic with my issues she's just an amazing doctor I would recommend her to anybody she is great I believe that Palm Primary care city view is the best doctor if you're looking for a PCP they are great number one in my book thank you Dr Hussey

Dr Haddy is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She listens and doesn’t judge. She actually helps with the problems I have and has truly helped me change my life. I tell people all the time who are looking for their next PCP to go see Dr Haddy. She really truly is Great.

Very satisfied. Haddy is very compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and proactive. I have been going through a lot in my health on top of loosing both my parents in 2020. Haddy took her time going through my health history and encouraged me to make sure I see all my specialist. I fell off of seeing all doctors over a year ago due to not having coverage, but now im encouraged. Her medical background give me hope that I am in the right place. Thanks to all the staff, including phlebotomy, personel who took my history and vitals, front office and check out. Everyone was very kind.

Im satisfied with all my visits love that the provider took her time with me. I also like my last provider Bob both have great bed side manners so do the staff the MA’s and the front staff they are always understanding. Im glad they provide services for my mom, dad and husband plus my kids always recommend this location and services to friends and family
